Todd Bavol is the CEO of Integrity Staffing Solutions and Integrity Career Transistions. He is a visionary who has brought recruitment, staffing, outsourcing and career management under one brand. Todd has a backgroud of over 20 years of experience in business management, human resources and sales/business development. Currently hold PHR certification (Professional in Human Resources) from the Society of Human Resource Managers. Todd is am a member of the CEO Hall of Fame awarded by the Philadelphia Business Journal and Wharton. He and his partner lead Integrity Staffing Solutions to #2 on the INC 500 list of fastest growing privately held companies.

Currently Todd is finalizing two books on career development and job search advise for executives.
