As Director of Sales, Tina Krater brings nearly a decade of web sales experience and account management to Shaker Recruitment Consultants (SRC) a division of Shaker Recruitment Advertising & Communications (SRAC).
While managing a team of sales representatives, Tina’s primary responsibilities include management of all revenue-generating functions for SRC’s 11 Regional Job Boards. Tina also acts as the liaison to SRC’s newspaper partners for ongoing sales training and support.
Tina helped shape the SRC Virtual Career Fair division which formed in early 2008 and has hosted several interactive Webinars on the VCF environment, exploring what’s new and what’s next. Tina is an active member of several local HR chapters: SMA of Greater Chicago, SHRP and HRMAC.
