Thomas Power lives and works for his family, the people of Ecademy and a belief that Community Building is good for the world. His aim is for 10 million people to be united on Ecademy by 2050 when heI will be 86. In November 2008 Ecamdey reached 500,000 users for the first time ever. Thomas says “It’s taken 10 years and 9 months to get 5% of the way there”. He is is an experienced business leader, who has successfully founded, built and sold a number of businesses in the e-Commerce, Social Networking and Call Centre arena.     I would certainly like to join Academy. With 19 years of experience as a retained recruiter i started in the:
    1)food processing industry and am still placing there
    2)15 yrs in the pet food processing industry and am asked to become the “agent of record” for the largest pet food US national resource i.e. magazine and annual R&D convention
    3) 8 years of exposure in the animal pharmaceutical industries I to the for the purpose of becoming the best branded retained recruiter in
    one or more of these areas.
