Paul Siker – CEO Advanced Recruiting Trends

Paul Siker is the CEO of Advanced Recruiting Trends. He possesses over twenty years of recruiting expertise, and continues to cultivate “real world” recruiting experience within his executive search firm, The Artisan Group. Prior to starting Advanced Recruiting Trends, Paul was an Officer, Partner, and Senior Search Consultant at The Guild Corporation, an undisputed leader in the Washington, D.C. recruitment marketplace.
Following the sale of The Guild Corporation to System One, Inc., (later acquired by TMP Worldwide – parent to Monster.com), Paul was tapped to help create a division-wide recruitment training platform grounded in recruitment and selling best practices.
These experiences, coupled with his perception that there was a real “knowledge gap” in key areas of the recruitment sales process, became the primary catalysts in convincing him to start Advanced Recruiting Trends. Today, Advanced Recruiting Trends designs, develops, and produces high-quality, content rich, recruitment training programs that are focused on elevating all aspects of the recruitment sales process, particularly as relates to proactive recruiting concepts and techniques.
Broadly regarded for his dynamic presentation style, Paul has conducted numerous programs before national audiences on recruitment best practices and process optimization, including: The American Staffing Association (ASA), the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), The New England Association of Personnel Services (NEAPS), the Staffing Alliance of Maryland Employers (Project SAME), the Capital Area Staffing Association (CASA), the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS), as well as various SHRM Chapters. Additionally, Paul regularly conducts customized in-house recruitment workshops and advanced training programs for organizations that are seeking to enhance and elevate the overall effectiveness of their recruitment initiatives.
A nationally recognized trainer and speaker, Paul has educated countless professionals in both corporate and third party recruitment environments on consultative and proactive recruitment practices that fundamentally work.
