CareersInHolland is a mashup of recruiting and job board and focuses on the online recruitment of English speaking and multi-lingual personnel for (international) companies in The Netherlands. Niels says “We combine the automated matching and ease of use of internet jobboards with the personal service of recruitment agencies, and more. Innovative features like video interviews, online testing and country-specific sites throughout Europe ensure optimal matchmaking and top search engine rankings for job postings. Furthermore we offer all kinds of useful information and services for jobseekers, partly through trusted partners. We have gone live in May 2008 and are fully operational. We will enter a new phase of our development in October 2008.” He will be exhibiting at the RCE Global Recruitment Conference in November.
