She has over nineteen years experience in the recruitment industry, of which sixteen years are specifically in the healthcare recruitment industry. Nadia has a Bachelors degree in Education, she is a Certified International Personnel Consultant with experience in training, management and recruitment. Nadia has experience in South Africa, Canada and the USA and has become an expert in not only national recruitment but also international recruitment and immigration while helping thousands of medical professionals relocate from the USA and around the world into full time jobs across the USA.
Nadia is also one of 25 qualified Certified Employee Retention Specialists in the USA and utilizes her expertise not only in recruiting candidates but also in training in-house recruiters on methods to retain their existing employees. Nadia is a member of the Pinnacle Society, an organization of 75 of the top performing recruiters in the USA and in 2007 the CSP named Nadia as the California Staffing Professional of the Year.
