Mike Ramer, CPC, CSP, is an international trainer for the search and recruitment industry. He is founder and president of Ramer Search Consultants (www.RamerGroup.com) in the New York metro area. Mike has over 20 years experience in marketing, management and search with Chase Manhattan Bank, the advertising firm Ogilvy & Mather and his search firm. He earned a masters degree in international finance and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP).

Mike designed The Art of Search (c) training programs, which he presents at industry events and customizes for search firms and mentored clients. He has trained over 2,500 search consultants in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. including NAPS, ASA and Fordyce conferences. He has produced private venue programs, international tele-seminars and three CD training sets: (1) “Future Big Billers”, (2) “Take It to the Next Level”, (3) “Up and Over $300K”.
