Mike Mayeux (MYU!), Founder and CEO of Novotus, and widely regarded as an early innovator in recruitment process outsourcing. Mike uses nearly 20 years’ experience in the talent acquisition industry to steer employees, clients, and candidates toward success. With his unique understanding of technology, consulting, and recruiting, MYU leads the Novotus team to accomplish the goal of reinventing talent acquisition. Always on the cutting edge of interactive technology, Mayeux allows Novotus to lead the industry in tools and best practices that improve clients recruiting results. His work to advance the industry has included membership and awards with the National Association of Personnel Consultants. He co-founded and serves as a board member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association. Novotus is the most successful and disruptive recruitment organization in TX today. The Novotus team of 15 recruiters and 10 support staff facilitated over 1200 hires in 2008. Prior to forming Novotus, Mayeux was Practice Director at one of Oracle’s largest full-service consulting practices, ThinkSpark. Mayeux‘s management experience followed his tenure as Senior Sales Executive at Hire.com, where he worked with some of the world’s largest companies in purchasing and implementing enterprise-recruiting solutions. Mayeux had previously worked for Search One, an executive search firm. He joined Search One as an executive recruiter, and progressively moved to COO, CIO, and Partner. Mayeux recognized early the opportunities for the Internet to transform recruiting, and personally established an Internet search/research department for the company. Mayeux‘s passions stretch far beyond uniting employers and employees.He also enjoys spending time with his wife and children, attending church, playing golf, and grilling massive amounts of barbecue for large groups of people.
