Lisa Scales has been a recruiter with over 15 years experience. She has held senior management roles with two of the largest recruitment companies in the world – Kelly Services Inc and Select Appointments plc (part of Vedior plc). Talent on View was established in June 2008 by business partners Lisa Scales and Alexis Twigg who wanted to bring Video Recruitment to a wider audience within the recruitment industry. Advances in video streaming mean that more and more businesses are using this medium to advertise jobs so Lisa and Alexis decided that the time was right to embraced this new technology and incorporate it into the recruitment industry – and Talent on View was born. Talent on View was created to enhance traditional recruitment methods and add that extra dimension to the employment process by allowing you the recruiter to send a video interview of candidates to your clients. The Video Resume marketplace is already well established but it lacks the human interaction which gives a genuine insight into a person so many clients disregard this tool as it does not add value to an application. Video Recruitment is different as it allows clients to see candidates interacting with an interviewer and not a computer screen.
