LJ Morris, Chief Technology Officer of Advanced Personnel Systems, Inc. (APS), the makers of SmartSearch talent acquisition and recruiting business software has been with APS since 1997 and brought 10+ years of experience in software development and business systems, including IS Director for a manufacturing firm, and VP of IS for a trust company. He has a BS in Computer Sciences, CNE certification and an MBA. When LJ is not coding software, managing technical staff at APS, and overseeing all new SmartSearch installations, he enjoys piloting private aircraft, screenwriting and independent filmmaking. He resides in San Marcos, California with his wife and five children.
