Would have liked to hear about some examples of her put-on-her-thinking-cap searches. It was very high level and abstract in the video.

The &quot;What would motivate you to move in your career?&quot; doesn&#039;t sound like such an incredible relationship-builder. I must be missing something.

She&#039;s a generalist. I don&#039;t meet many of those. That&#039;s what I am and I&#039;ve always thought it was a mistake.

I&#039;d like to have Krista on the Recruiting Animal Show to dig into those issues.</description>
