The point Jason makes about their business model is really true, the “recruiting marketplace” concept is really taking off and although he optimistically downplays the competition, the market is getting more and more crowded. It’s getting harder for employers to discern between these sites aside from small differences in cost (Dayak is I think the lead in this department, although to be truthful they’re the only one I’ve managed to make a placement with).

My question is, how do these companies dominate their corner of a stuffed market? Do they each have niches I’m unaware of?
