  • Great IV with JD -- He's keeping it real here. Twitter, blogging, and social media/social networking offer us opportunities, but not in their current forms. They took a certain amount of 'aftermarket customization', however the beauty is that the 'customization' doesn't cost anything and is normally automated through the tools themselves; in fact, 'customization' is more about how we tweak/use the tools outside of their initial packaging. Again, great interview :)
