Jake Stupak is a Product Specialist at JobDig for the applicant tracking system – JobDig Tracker. He is also the writer for the blog at TheATSGuy.com, maintains the site TheATSGuide.com, and is a Social Media enthusiast.
He believes in the over all promotion and education of talent management solution benefits to help both recruiters and HR Professionals align their objectives with organizational goals. He started his career in Information Technology in 1997 and has been involved with high tech startup companies since 2002 holding roles from Sales Engineer to Vice President. Jake graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.

[...] Several weeks ago I was contacted by Bill Vick from XtremeRecruiting.tv to do an interview covering the latest in applicant tracking system (ATS). It was a very nice surprise and compliment, yet I did get a bit nervous. To help ease my nerves, my wife told me to just have fun like Recruiting Animal did in his interview.
