Helene Buchanan-Dunne – Sr. Director of Training and Development
Helene Buchanan-Dunne is the Senior Director of Training and Development for Next Level Recruiting Training. She comes to NLRT from MRINetwork(TM) Corporate in Philadelphia, PA, where she served as the Vice President of Training, responsible for the development and rollout of all field and on-line training programs to over 1,100 offices in over 40 countries. Her responsibilities included managing a worldwide training and development team. Prior to her promotion in the US, she was Head of Training for MRI Worldwide in the United Kingdom where she was responsible for the development of a world wide distance learning program and the implementation of blended learning to the MRI worldwide audience. Born in the UK, Helene brings a breadth of experience on international search and selection, an understanding of the challenges that recruiters and business owners face, and the ability to provide training that offers practical solutions. She began her career in the executive search industry in 1992 and over the last 16 years has completed searches in a multitude of industries and disciplines around the world. Her areas of expertise include training infrastructures, as well as consulting and delivering training programs throughout Europe, Asia, North and South America, Australia and Africa. She is a popular speaker at numerous industry conferences. Helene holds a Bachelors degree in American Politics.

    Awesome. The disection of our industry can be somewhat mundane, but listening to you makes it interesting. You truly have much to bring to the audiences listening. The more in depth you get the more interesing your take is. Keep it up. If someone wants to learn how to become more talented and more professional after being somewhat successful on their own, this is a good method.
