David Manaster is the founder and President of Electronic Recruiting Exchange, Inc., (ERE.net) the leading information provider to the recruitment industry, and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. The company operates the www.erexchange.com web site, published the annual guide to Applicant Tracking Systems and produces the popular ERExpo events twice annually. Prior to founding the ERE, David was the Manager of Internet Strategy at TMP Worldwide, a leading recruitment advertising agency and the parent company of Monster.com, the leading recruitment web site on the Internet. In his capacity at TMP, David designed and implemented Internet recruitment strategies for clients such as IBM, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and Merck. David holds a BA from Binghamton University. ERE contains thousands of pages of content relating to recruiting, and continues to drive traffic from over 58,000 loyal members, most of whom receive its publications in their inbox each day.
