Bas van de Haterd is a professional meddler. That’s like a consultant that doesn’t always keep to assignment. He helps his clients to the best of his abilities, even if that means stepping on important toes. He helps companies, both staffing firms as well as corporations, but with the focus on corporations, to use the new media in their recruitment process. One of his projects is a research into the best digital recruitment experience in Holland, called Digitaal-Werven. For this researches over 350 Dutch corporates and has their recruitment sites reviewed as well as auditing their recruitment process and results.
He will be speaking at the RCE Global Recruitment Conference in November.

Thanks again Bill for another insightful interview. I too am often surprised that my clients think they “need more” applicants; when in reality if they had targeted the right people in the right places AND responded to those that applied (qualified or not)their company market image would improve.
It’s amazing that the same story gets played out time/time again!
